Pictured here is unique and one of a kind item - A hand sewn Chair, Seat or Bench Cushion made using the traditional Norwegian craft known as Skinnfell. This can also be used as a Baby Stroller Blanket or what is called Babyposen in Norwegian.
The piece is crafted from two matching White soft, fluffy and densely haired sheepskins that have been expertly tanned and features a smooth, soft and white hide.
The entire piece has been hand sewn (no machine stitching) end to end with durable waxed linen thread and printed by hand with traditional Norwegian Ink Block Stamps using a Non-Toxic Water Based Ink featuring a bright and cheerful red heart motif.
This item is 13.5 inches wide and 56 inches in length making this the perfect shape and length for a bench or chair cushion or to drape along the bag of a couch.
This item is washable with care using a recommended sheepskin wash - Kookaburra, also featured for sale on my site.
